The Senior Project Manager, Design will be capable of leading the design of complex capital projects exceeding $100-million in total cost, which include several subcontracts, require a phased packaging strategy, and may utilize aspects of integrated product delivery. Responsibilities Successfully deliver complex design projects, including accountability for all aspects of project performance Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted partner leading to future work Create a remarkable experience for project team members and external partners Design policies that positively impact project operations Mentor project managers and assistant project managers Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience Additional Qualifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Advanced application of project management fundamentals Advanced understanding of all core design disciplines and experience with several aspects of integrated project delivery Demonstrated success acting as a Project Manager in a complex design and construction environment Strong business acumen and executive presence Excellent judgement where standards or precedent is ambiguous All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
