Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in St Augustine, FL. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing product information and guidance on menu covers, hotel products, and other offerings. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer accounts, tracking shipments, and coordinating with production and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The role involves resolving issues, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s systems. The Customer Service Representative will also support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, suggesting appropriate products, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Organizational and administrative skills, such as accurate data entry, order processing, record keeping, and attention to detail. Basic computer and office software proficiency, including email, web-based order systems, and common productivity tools (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets). Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle complaints, resolve issues, and follow up with customers effectively. Ability to work on-site in St. Augustine, FL, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage a steady volume of customer interactions. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality supply, or retail environments is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, hospitality, or communications is a plus.
