Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable software for a complex revenue cycle management platform. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle, from scaffolding to code review. • Critically evaluate, debug, and refine AI-generated code and tests against domain requirements and security standards. • Prototype AI-assisted features to enhance both internal developer productivity and end-user product capabilities. • Contribute to evolving team practices, including design reviews, agile ceremonies, and code review norms. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of engineering experience in a product development organization. • Solid backend experience in Java and Spring Boot. • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI coding assistants or agentic development tools in a production workflow.
