The Role
Finch is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams as we scale. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting directly to the co-founder and COO, working closely with founders and hiring managers and executives across Engineering, Product, Sales, and more. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building scalable recruiting processes, and has a deep curiosity for how great teams are built.
