Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality patient care for conditions like Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis Utilizing skills such as EKG interpretation, central line care, and managing rescue Bi-Pap, Vents, and Trachs Assisting with bedside procedures including endoscopies and bronchoscopies Demonstrating critical thinking, delegation, and effective time management Collaborating with PCNAs, Nurse Interns, providers, PT, and OT Unit Details 24 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 Enhanced technology like patient lifts, hands-free communication, and telemetry monitoring Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure in Ohio BLS certification (within 90 days of hire) ACLS certification (within 6 months) Preferred: BSN Additional Info Full-time role with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and $5,000 for new grads Industry-leading benefits, tuition reimbursement, and retirement participation
