# Business Development Representative (Remote)

We're looking for a driven, outreach-focused Business Development Representative to help build a strong sales pipeline for our growing team. This is a great role for someone with 1+ year of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment who’s ready to take the next step in their sales career. What You’ll Do: Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads Research and qualify prospects, focusing on SMB and mid-market opportunities Book meetings for Account Executives and help drive early-stage sales activity Track activity and progress using CRM tools Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize results 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role Experience working in a startup or SaaS company Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus Remote US Based Company employer.com is revolutionizing the hiring landscape by streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing the job search experience for both employers and candidates.
