About the Customer Service Representative: Our Customer Service Representative role focuses primarily on interacting with and acquiring customers on a daily basis. Customer Service Representative s engage our customers in a friendly manner, answer any customer questions and most importantly present products and services to our customers. Our Customer Service Representative uses current marketing campaigns to influence buyers’ choices, provides quality customer service, and helps to maintain a welcoming environment. Customer Service Representative Daily Responsibilities: Provide optimal customer experience service Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer. Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
