Restaurant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant | Cambridge, MA $90,000–$110,000/year Our client is a privately owned, full-service restaurant in Cambridge, MA looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, dual-concept business. You'll lead a three-person management team and report directly to our Director of Operations/Partner. 📍 Cambridge, MA 💰 $90K–$110K/year 🗓️ Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus one 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift per week 🎁 Generous benefits, PTO, and paid holidays (no blackout dates) What you'll do: Lead a three-person management team, reporting to the Director of Operations/Partner Manage shift operations across our dual concept (café + lunch/dinner) Own payroll, scheduling, and hiring for a team of up to 40 Build and develop your team through hands-on training Plan and execute private events Handle ordering and vendor coordination Oversee our to-go/delivery business (DoorDash, Uber Eats) — approx. $2M in annual revenue Manage reservations Drive toward weekly and annual sales goals (in-season target: $100K–$140K/week) The volume: 500–600 guests/day in the café (avg. check ~$10) 100 covers at lunch, 200–300 at dinner (avg. check ~$35/person) Located near businesses and schools — fast-paced, in-and-out service What they are looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full-service restaurant (required) Assistant Manager experience considered if from a well-regarded, high-volume restaurant Full-service restaurant industry background required LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
