Position Overview: Extron is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background in statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics and be capable of transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and technical decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work with engineering, operations, and management teams to develop data models, automate reporting processes, and improve organizational performance through data analysis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collect, organize, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and operational objectives. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Design and maintain databases, data models, and reporting tools. Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel and Access-based applications, including VBA macros and automation solutions. Prepare technical reports and presentations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist with special projects and analytical studies as assigned. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, information systems, business or similar. 2+ years of related experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis. Proficiency in Power BI, and Power Automate. Proficiency in SQL required, experience working within SQL servers and Avante. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
