Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Role: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients. Key Duties Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support patient recovery goals. Educate patients and families on care needs, progress, and discharge planning. Ensure safe discharge processes and continuity of care. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Clinical judgment and ability to develop individualized care plans. Effective communication and teamwork across an interdisciplinary care team. Ability to apply evidence-based practices in a rehabilitation setting.
