You’ll create a polished first impression, keep information flowing, and help every interaction feel effortless. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service by phone, in person, and through electronic correspondence (including internal customers) Keep the lobby and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming Manage mail, shipments, office equipment, and supply levels (office/breakroom) Process documents in Spectrum and handle incoming payments Support the administrative team and assist with other assigned tasks Required Qualifications/skills 2 years of related customer service experience Excellent written/verbal communication, patience, and active listening Strong organization, confidentiality, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Notary preferred Ability to sit for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs; safely use stairs Ready to be the Customer Service Representative who sets the pace—apply today.
