# Energy Automation Maintenance Executive

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 350.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas. We are looking for an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Executive to lead maintenance activities across our energy generation, utility, and auxiliary facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Qualities We Are Looking For; University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control maintenance; power plant or continuous-process industry experience is preferred. Proven experience in maintenance management and team leadership within large-scale industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, budgeting, prioritization, and execution. Hands-on experience with:
• HV/MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, motors, MCCs, VFDs and protection relays
• 154 kV / 34.5 kV / 6 kV distribution systems
• Process instrumentation and water/flue gas analyzer systems
• DCS, PLC and SCADA systems; Honeywell, Yokogawa and Siemens experience is a plus
• Industrial communication protocols Experience with power plant electrical and automation systems, including turbines, boilers, generators and auxiliaries is preferred. Experience in modernization, refurbishment, reliability improvement, and capital projects. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, RCA and reliability improvement. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP PM or Maximo. Fluent in English with strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to OHS, environmental, technical safety, and technical integrity standards. Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and EPDK regulations. Your main tasks are; Lead electrical, instrumentation, and control maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and production continuity. Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Lead failure investigations, RCA, and corrective actions to prevent recurring problems. Manage annual maintenance budgets, spare parts optimization, and maintenance costs. Lead maintenance teams, including performance management, competency development, and training. Coordinate periodic maintenance, major shutdowns, overhauls, and commissioning activities. Lead modernization, refurbishment, reliability improvement, and capital projects. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Manage contractors and external service providers in accordance with safety, quality, and performance requirements. Ensure maintenance activities are properly documented through SAP PM/Maximo. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other functions to align maintenance priorities with operational needs. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, technical safety, and cybersecurity requirements.
