As a Senior Architect, you'll coordinate multi-disciplinary design efforts, and provide mentorship to junior staff. This position offers autonomy to lead design initiatives while collaborating with experienced architects and engineers on diverse, high-impact projects. Project types include civic / municipal, higher education, industrial, and government.  What You’ll Do Lead comprehensive project design from conceptual development through final construction Manage all phases of architectural design and documentation with full project ownership Serve as primary client contact, building and maintaining strong professional relationships Interface with clients to understand project goals, and present design solutions Manage project budgets, provide technical leadership to junior staff, and oversee quality control processes for medium to large-scale projects Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture required; degree from an NAAB-accredited program preferred.
