# CNC Machinist

Pay: Weekly & Competitive Pay + Shift Differential + Day 1 Benefits & 401K Shift(s) Available 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift | Monday
• Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift | Sunday
• Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Overtime Available Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-precision parts? We're looking for a motivated CNC Milling Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with advanced machining centers, tackle challenging projects, and play a direct role in producing complex components that meet demanding quality and performance standards. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) Perform machine setups, tooling changes, work offset adjustments, and first-piece inspections Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications Manufacture precision-machined components to tight tolerances Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring instruments Make tooling and program adjustments to maintain quality, efficiency, and production targets Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and implement corrective actions Monitor tool life and identify opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle times Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Milling Machines, including HMCs and VMCs Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications Experience with tooling selection, fixture setup, and precision inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma, Makino, Mori Seiki, or similar control systems Multi-axis machining experience (4-axis and/or 5-axis) CNC programming and G-code editing experience Experience with CAM software Technical machining education, trade school, or apprenticeship training Why Join Us?
