ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Video Content Editor with strong experience in video production and editing, especially for YouTube and digital platforms. Here’s what you will be doing: Create, edit, and optimize video content for YouTube and other social channels Manage the end-to-end video production process Develop content strategies that engage and grow our audience Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, video editing, or a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in channel management in YouTube and command in YouTube Analytics Experience with AI video generation tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar platforms, with a strong interest in emerging technologies in this field Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Shotcut) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interest in social media trends and emerging AI-powered tools for video creation Personal Specification/Skills: A growth mindset is a huge plus. Has an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-minded, and highly dynamic environment Strong listening and conversational skills. Good time-management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
