General Intuition builds on the strength of Medal, the world's largest and fastest-growing platform for gaming clips, where millions of gamers capture, share, and discover new games every year. We've raised over $650M from Khosla, GC, Valor, and Point72 since October 2025, and recently closed our latest round at a $6.2B valuation. THE ROLE As Operations Manager, you'll build and run the operational backbone of General Intuition and Medal. You'll own contract lifecycles, document management, support teams with compliance and due diligence, then use AI to automate as much of that work as possible. You run document management for the company: records organized, every obligation and deadline hidden in our agreements tracked, and what's due flagged before it's due. You lead document production for due diligence, audits, and investor requests, and you drive compliance workstreams including SOC 2, ISO, and government certifications, owning the documentation and evidence collection that keeps us audit-ready. Alongside that you build the tools that automate the ops team's work, for velocity and for precision. This is a builder's role. You'll handle critical day-to-day operations with thoughtfulness and precision. You'll have an insight into how a fast-growing company is built, including investor relations, equity management, HR, and compliance, across both GI and Medal. For someone ambitious and sharp, this role offers a lot of room to grow. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • You have built an agent or automation before. You look at a manual workflow and immediately think about how to automate it with tools like Claude and other LLMs. No engineering background is required, but you should know what's possible and how to build it. • You have extreme attention to detail. You catch a misspelled name, a missing comma, or an inconsistent date on the first pass, every time. In this role, 100% correct is the standard. • You have 1 to 4 years of experience in a high-precision environment, such as a paralegal at a top law firm, investment banking, consulting, or legal or compliance ops at a startup. Legal ops experience is a plus. Deep legal expertise is not required. • You're high slope, ambitious, and eager to learn. You're excited to take on new projects as the company grows, whether that's legal research, broader operations, or something we haven't defined yet.
