Physical Therapist- Job Description Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics Full-time | Los Alamos, New Mexico Compensation: $85,000 -$110,000 plus performance bonus opportunities Do you love outdoor adventure and pushing your limits? Physical Therapy Plus is an independent, values-driven outpatient practice serving Los Alamos and Santa Fe. We are looking for a full-time physical therapist who wants to deliver excellent, individualized care while growing within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and movement-related conditions. Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Help active adults return to work, recreation, sports, and the activities they love. Provide patient education and support long-term strength, mobility, and independence. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and other members of the care team. Collaborate with fellow therapists, support staff, and leadership to provide an exceptional patient experience. Participate in team meetings, clinical education, and practice-development activities.
