# Data Analyst

Haystack

A growing technology company is seeking a dedicated professional to support healthcare reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with healthcare data, building reports, and delivering insights that support business and operational decision-making. The Role Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources Create and maintain reports and dashboards Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation Write SQL queries to extract and analyze healthcare data Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and recurring performance reports Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs What You'll Need 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Working knowledge of SQL Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and basic analytics What's On Offer Hands-on healthcare analytics experience Career growth opportunities Mentorship and training programs Flexible and remote-friendly work environment Apply via Haystack today!
