Location: Birmingham, AL (in office)
Type: Full time
Compensation:
• San Francisco: 85k Base + $30K annual bonus potential
• Birmingham: $75K base + $30K annual bonus potential
Travel: ~15% to partner locations

The Role
This role owns partners after launch and throughout their experience with us. Once a partner is live, you become their main point of contact and know their integration and use cases inside and out.
Your responsibilities are focused on providing a high level of support and fostering real relationships. Partners lean on you when something goes wrong and when they're looking to do more with us. You'll own communication, understanding their needs, and staying with it until everything is handled. You'll need the technical acumen to reproduce issues and get far enough into a problem that engineering receives a diagnosis rather than a forwarded message. Relationships matter just as much as technical support and you’ll build through regular check-ins, roadmap conversations, and enough trust that partners tell you what's actually happening.
What You'll Do
• A portfolio of enterprise partners as their primary point of contact and owner of their experience with us from launch onward
• First-line technical support: triage, reproduce, diagnose, resolve what you can, and escalate with enough detail that engineering can respond as needed
• Health monitoring across usage, volume, and error patterns so problems get caught before a partner reports them
• Partner relationships, including a consistent check-in cadence, roadmap conversations about what they're building next, and enough presence that you hear about changes on their side before they turn into requests
• The feedback loop from partners back into product and engineering as you’ll be closest to the experience
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
• Experience owning technical relationships, such as technical account management, customer success at a technical product, solutions engineering, or technical support
• Experience running the work across a book of accounts, keeping open threads, follow-ups, and commitments moving without anyone chasing you for status
• Comfort with APIs, docs, logs, and error responses, enough to reproduce an issue yourself rather than forward it
• The ability to explain a technical constraint to a business stakeholder and a business constraint to an engineer
Bonus
• Experience with a conversational or messaging platform
• Supporting API or developer-facing products
