The Project Procurement Senior Specialist , reporting to the Purchasing Manager within the Purchasing Department, will define and implement project procurement and supplier strategies for plant engineering systems and technical products for Aras Kargo. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical/Electronics Engineering) 4+ years of experience in CAPEX/technical procurement and project procurement within intralogistics, logistics, industrial automation or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) areas Strong technical background and knowledge in plant engineering systems (sorting/warehousing systems, etc.) 4+ years of experience in contract and project management Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is a plus) Advanced/fluent level of English Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally Main Responsibilities: Define and implement end-to-end project procurement and supplier strategies for plant engineering systems (specifically sorting and warehousing systems) Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), perform commercial and technical evaluation matrices and drive cost-optimization opportunities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, project management, finance) to define procurement requirements and specifications and project goals. Lead complex price, SLA and contract negotiations in Turkish and English. Develop, qualify and expand the supplier and integrator network Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions. Conduct ongoing supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments to ensure project delivery, quality, and compliance. What Awaits You at Aras?
