# Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to adult patients. Responsibilities include: conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, educating patients and caregivers, managing documentation and billing, and discharge planning. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising support staff, and ensuring optimal clinical and financial outcomes. Qualifications: current state licensure, a degree from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program, and specialized training for outpatient pelvic floor therapy (Herman & Wallace Level I certification or equivalent). Key skills: excellent communication, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards. Flexibility to work where patient needs are highest and participation in leadership or educational activities are encouraged.
