This role supports Customer Sales Representatives by handling inbound calls, completing data entry, tracking shipments, communicating with carriers and vendors, monitoring email requests, and resolving customer issues. Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Team-oriented and positive attitude Attention to detail Comfortable learning new technology and software Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation Interest in learning about the transportation industry This position operates in an office environment and requires regular computer, telephone, sitting, talking, and listening activities.
