Marketing Manager I/II, Portfolio Growth - Migraine

This opportunity is available at either the Grade 18 or Grade 19 level, with placement determined by the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications. Candidates may be located in New Jersey or Illinois. The Marketing Manager I/II, Portfolio Growth, Migraine, will help advance priority growth initiatives across the U.S. Migraine portfolio. This role will translate strategy into execution, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and use consumer and omnichannel insights to optimize performance. The ideal candidate brings strong consumer marketing experience, analytical fluency, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing optimization. Key Job Responsibilities: Translate portfolio growth strategies into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Support implementation and launch readiness of priority consumer-centered growth initiatives and digital experiences. Coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables. Partner with omnichannel, media, and analytics teams to develop audience and channel optimization plans. Analyze audience, channel, journey, and conversion data to identify opportunities to optimize investment, channel mix, and consumer experience. Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and test-and-learn plans; translate performance insights into actions. Support development and deployment of insight-driven consumer marketing across digital, social, website, CRM, media, and other relevant touchpoints. Apply consumer insights and journey thinking to strengthen engagement and reduce friction across the consumer experience. Guide agency and vendor partners to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and aligned with portfolio objectives. Support business cases, investment recommendations, and leadership updates for priority growth opportunities. Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, Technology, Market Access, Patient Services, Operations, and Marketing Operations to enable compliant execution. Identify emerging consumer, technology, partnership, and channel opportunities that can expand reach and unlock new patient pools. Bachelor's Degree Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of consumer, omnichannel, portfolio, or other relevant commercial marketing experience. Consumer marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another data-driven industry. Experience executing integrated marketing across digital media, social, website, CRM, search, and other consumer touchpoints. Experience with omnichannel measurement, including audience segmentation, funnel and conversion analysis, channel performance, and marketing-mix optimization. Experience using KPIs, dashboards, and test-and-learn approaches to drive continuous improvement. Experience supporting the implementation or launch of a new consumer experience, platform, service model, or growth initiative. Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and integrated timelines. Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred; migraine or neuroscience experience is a plus.
