# Contracts Administrator

Step into a role where your precision and collaboration power the contracts behind Monster
Jam, SMX, Disney On Ice, and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus across North
America.

This role is built for someone who thrives in a fluctuating-paced environment who can
use their own judgment to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a high-level of
accuracy and organization.

You will lead and be accountable for preparing Arena Engagement Contracts and other legal
documents for Domestic engagements and rehearsals and providing research support and
analysis to the department.

The ideal candidate has a great attention to detail, is adaptable to changing deadlines and
priorities, and possesses time management skills.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of live entertainment’s most iconic
brands. In doing so, you will help the North American Tours team continue to execute
Engagement contracts that bring our productions to the United States and Canada for the
delight of those families who live there.
