Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist customers, answer questions, and provide professional support throughout the customer experience. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, solving routine concerns, and building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities Listen carefully to customer needs and provide helpful information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Address routine customer questions and concerns. Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities. Support customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Communicate customer feedback and recurring questions to team members. Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus but not required.
