Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Worcester, MA. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, following assigned routes and schedules, loading and unloading cargo as needed, and maintaining accurate delivery and log records. The role requires consistent adherence to safety procedures, traffic laws, and DOT regulations. The Truck Driver will also communicate with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and report any issues or delays. Qualifications Possess valid CDL Class A credentials and proven Truck Driving experience Ability to safely operate a Truck and perform routine vehicle inspections Experience with Unloading freight using appropriate tools and safe handling techniques Knowledge of and compliance with DOT Regulations and all applicable safety standards Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings Strong time management skills and reliability in meeting delivery schedules Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks and long periods of driving High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in regional or local freight delivery is a plus
