# International Sales Representative

About Us Esthetic Hair is a globally recognized medical brand offering premium services in hair transplantation, dental treatments, and plastic surgery. With clinics in Turkey, the USA, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil, we bring Turkish medical expertise to thousands of international patients through a seamless health tourism experience. We are seeking a Sales Representative to assist English or French patients throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support patients while contributing to our international growth. What You’ll Be Doing Guide English, French, Spanish, Italian or Romanian speaking patients through every step of the treatment process Provide clear and accurate information about procedures, pricing, and logistics Maintain regular contact with patients before, during, and after their medical journey Collaborate with doctors, coordinators, and the sales team to ensure a seamless experience Offer emotional support and practical assistance to help patients feel comfortable and informed Manage patient files and track progress using our CRM system Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate services (indirect sales) Report patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality What We’re Looking For Native-level fluency in English, French, Spanish, Italian or Romanian (English is must + preferably the mentioned languages ) Experience in patient support, healthcare, or medical tourism is a strong advantage Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple patient cases with care and professionalism A team player with a service-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital tools What We Offer Be part of a leading brand in global healthcare and medical tourism Competitive salary with performance-based incentives A compassionate and diverse workplace focused on patient satisfaction Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing international company The chance to help patients from around the world transform their lives On site / Full time
