# Registered Nurse

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a community hospital setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient status. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Document clinical information thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments. Maintain infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications And Skills Current valid RN license. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of EHR documentation and infection control practices. Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.
