Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehab) Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Key Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of vital signs, symptoms, and recovery progress. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and coordinate treatments while maintaining safety and compliance. Support rehabilitation goals, including safe mobility and patient functional recovery. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to align care with treatment plans. Educate patients and families to support discharge readiness and continuity of care. Qualifications Current registered nurse licensure. Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient monitoring skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on safe, evidence-based care.
