What are we looking for in our team member?
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing , preferably in FMCG
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with Nielsen / Ipsos data analysis is a plus
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication, project management and teamwork skills What to expect in this role?
• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with company objectives
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels
• Monitor brand performance, category trends and competitive landscape
• Manage innovation pipeline including new product launches and renovations
• Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Plan and manage marketing budget and track campaign performance
