# Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Role Overview Seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a leading hospital. The nurse will utilize critical thinking, clinical expertise, and critical care skills to assess patient responses during procedures, administer conscious sedation, and advocate for patient needs. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, promoting safety, and ensuring quality compliance. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing; BSN preferred. Current RN license. At least 2 years of bedside experience, with prior critical care, emergency, or cardiac cath experience preferred. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, with residence within 30 minutes for call duties. Key Duties Provide comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-care needs. Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities. Develop and communicate individualized care plans, respecting patient values and preferences. This position emphasizes professional growth, collaboration, and delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic cardiovascular setting.
