Role: Dialysis Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease in an in-center setting. Key Duties Assess patients and administer in-center dialysis treatments Monitor patient responses and manage vascular access Maintain strict infection control and safety standards Educate patients and families on dialysis and kidney health Collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary care team Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes Qualifications & Skills Active RN licensure Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills Ability to provide patient-centered education and support Proficiency in infection prevention practices and patient safety Team-oriented mindset and effective communication with care teams Commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
