Data Analyst

Looking for a Data Analyst to help enhance efficiency, product scalability, and operational decision-making. You will perform critical analysis and implement data-driven solutions that enable engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver transformative software to healthcare providers. Additional locations: New York, NY & Denver, CO What You’ll Do Perform critical data analysis for a broad range of stakeholders Build analytics, dashboards, and visualizations for different use cases Develop self-service solutions that improve internal efficiency and workflows Build robust and scalable data models Maintain BI and reporting platforms Work with large-scale data environments and automate analytical processes Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver actionable insights What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL, and data warehousing at scale 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift Advanced SQL skills in complex, large-scale data environments Experience with Python, dbt, and Terraform Strong understanding of the GCP/BigQuery ecosystem Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or another data-intensive field Strong ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Experience building data products rather than only producing reports Preferred / Relevant Experience Data analytics or data science experience in a high-growth technology environment Experience with Metabase Experience building scalable data models and internal data products Compensation: $135,000 – $200,000 annually Visa / Relocation: Visa transfers may be supported, including OPT and H-1B transfers. Relocation assistance is available.
