Hiring Event Location: 17930 International Blvd, Suite 550, SeaTac, WA 98118 Time: Thursday, October 1st from 9am-12pm Job Site Locations: Seattle / Parkland / Tukwila / Kent / Tacoma / Bonney Lake / Fife / Bellevue / Sumner / Anacortes / Bremerton, WA Wage: $19.00-$26.00/Hour DISCLOSURE: TO maintain a quality hiring experience, our team can only accommodate a maximum of 12-15 interviews per day. What Your Day May Look Like Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public. Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Secure entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. • 40 hours after 1 year of service paid out for FT security officers who worked a minimum of 2080 hours. Paid Family Leave

Employee Assistance Program & So Much More! Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Must have 1+ years customer service/hospitality experience. Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus! Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
