We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to help strengthen our financial operations and support the company's continued growth. Position Summary The Senior Accountant is responsible for daily accounting activities, accounts payable and receivable, payroll reconciliations, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their accounting career within a growing organization. This is a fully on-site position that requires regular in-office attendance and offers opportunities for in-person collaboration with the team. Key Responsibilities Perform month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Oversee AP, AR, and payroll reconciliations. Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls. Perform financial analysis and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation. Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred. Experience managing month-end close and account reconciliations. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
