Join a leading agricultural innovation team as a Maintenance Specialist/Electrician, responsible for performing electrical tasks with minimal supervision. Key Duties Include Installing feeders, wiring, conduit, switchgear, and devices Reading blueprints, troubleshooting motors and controls Training apprentice electricians on safety and code compliance Working in diverse environments, often at heights or restricted areas Utilizing power tools, digging trenches, and operating equipment safely Ensuring compliance with electrical theory, NFPA 70, and safety protocols Qualifications Current Journeyman electrical license and a minimum of five years’ experience High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license with acceptable record Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from ladders/scaffolds, and perform physical tasks Proficiency in reading schematics, operating tools, and working safely Skills Required Color identification of wires, interpreting technical prints Using power tools and operating company vehicles Working at various heights and in different environments with PPE Maintaining safety standards and practicing safe work procedures Note: Visa sponsorship is not available. Benefits include development opportunities, health coverage, paid time off, parental leave, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement. Compensation ranges from $77,000 to $96,000, plus potential bonuses. This position is subject to organizational separation plans, with employment governed by updated policies post-separation.
