Salary: $30 - $35 per hour A bit about us: A local food manufacturer is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep its production and packaging equipment running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working closely with production. Why join us? Put your troubleshooting skills to work on a variety of production and packaging equipment Make a direct impact by helping the team reduce downtime and keep production moving Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule 2nd Shift: 1:30pm-10pm Monday-Friday Job Details What you’ll do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production and packaging equipment Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns Work with motors, conveyors, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems Read schematics and equipment manuals to diagnose problems Document repairs and help identify ways to reduce repeat downtime Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures What we’re looking for Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of electrical systems Experience maintaining automated production or packaging equipment Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with operators and other technicians Food manufacturing experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
