Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to make accurate nursing assessments, diagnoses, and formulated care plans. Implement and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Circulate and scrub complex surgical cases, ensuring standard-of-care perioperative practices. Maintain agile readiness for after-hours and weekend emergency surgical cases via the scheduled on-call rotation. Multiple Shift available Qualifications Education & Experience Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required. Experience: 1 year of Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) or Critical Care experience is preferred. Preferred Specialties: Prior Circulating and CVOR RN experience is highly preferred. Licensure & Certifications Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (or valid Compact multi-state license). BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
