Beloit College, a nationally ranked private residential liberal arts college, seeks candidates for a dynamic, full-time Accountant II. This outstanding opportunity requires both the technical/professional skills of an accountant and interpersonal skills required to work closely and collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and families. Reporting to the Controller/Director of Accounting, responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the general ledger including preparation, verification and input of journal entries; preparing monthly account analysis and reconciliations of the general ledger with external statements; assisting with timely year-end audit schedules and year-end closing responsibilities. The accountant II will assist in process improvement and providing enhanced information flows for all campus departments.
