That means associates aren't sitting on the sidelines.  You'll have the opportunity to handle files, develop strategy, manage discovery, take depositions, work with experts, communicate with clients and carriers, handle motion practice, and prepare matters for trial.  The goal is simple: give you meaningful litigation experience sooner rather than later.   Build a Broad Litigation Practice  Our Philadelphia office handles sophisticated civil defense matters in both state and federal courts, giving attorneys exposure to a wide range of litigation.
