Dental Hygienist - Full-Time

Seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a compassionate, patient-focused dental team. Responsibilities include performing high-quality preventative and periodontal treatments such as cleanings, scaling, root planning ( SRP ), digital charting, and oral cancer screenings. Collaborate with dentists to review digital X-rays, diagnose periodontal health, and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients to promote oral health, alleviate anxieties, and encourage active participation in their care. Maintain an efficient, relaxing environment supporting team members and ensuring smooth patient flow. Qualifications include an active Nevada RDH license, experience with digital practice management software (Open Dental preferred), and a commitment to gentle, comprehensive patient care.
