The Role and the Responsibilities You Will Lead; Evaluating of M&A and other investment/divestiture opportunities including: Performance of initial commercial / financial analysis on prospective acquisition/divestment targets Analysis of the value chain of the target, building up growth and synergy assumptions, peer analysis, observing and analysing the competition Valuation and building up financial model of the company Preparing/analysing marketing materials (teasers, IM, management presentations, etc.) Carrying out deal structuring and executing other transaction-related tasks Coordinating functional teams and building up data rooms, timely answering buyer queries Conducting Confidentiality Agreement negotiations from a commercial perspective Supporting the project team in negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal items Keeping fully up to date with the financial markets and the sector developments If You Have the Following Qualifications, You’re a Perfect Match for Eksim Holding: Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, Master’s degree in relevant discipline is an additional asset At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity Complete know-how of M&A processes including due diligence Excellent command of verbal and written English Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications Strong communication and presentation skills Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills Excellent in teamwork, planning and organization skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and react to changing priorities Resilience to perform under pressure Strong analytical, problem solving skills Can-do approach, result oriented and strong problem-solving ability
