ICU RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview Seeking experienced hospital-based bedside RNs to provide direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit . Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety and quality compliance RNs develop and document individualized care plans, communicate effectively across teams, and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years hospital Med/Surg experience RN license required Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and <2 years experience Skills & Attributes: Critical nursing skills, ability to work alertly, and strong communication abilities.
