Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our manufacturing team. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, energy systems, or other high-volume production environments is highly preferred • Proven experience in managing production teams and leading shop floor operations • Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, capacity management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies • Experience with ERP/MRP systems • Good understanding of quality management systems, occupational health & safety practices, and operational excellence principles • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment with a strong focus on performance and results Job Description • Lead and manage all production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets • Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources • Oversee energy manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes • Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence • Support production ramp-up, new product introduction, and manufacturing expansion activities • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing requirements • Drive process optimization, automation, traceability, and operational efficiency projects • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build a high-performance manufacturing culture
