We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our office in Harvey, LA. Our CSRs are often the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Schedule service appointments. Convert inbound calls into booked appointments by understanding each customer's needs and gathering key qualifying information. Provide customers with accurate information regarding services and appointment availability. Accurately enter and update customer information, call notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction. Meet individual and team performance goals, including call booking targets, while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Two (2)+ years of customer service or call center experience required. Industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred. ServiceTitan experience preferred. Experience guiding conversations toward a booked appointment; appointment-setting or light sales experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening. Strong computer skills and accurate, efficient data entry. Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling customer concerns. Positive attitude and professional demeanor, even with frustrated or upset callers.
