# Customer Support Specialist

IDR, Inc.

IDR is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Lexington, KY. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment, supporting corporate lodging and travel arrangements for clients and their employees. Position Overview for the Customer Support Specialist : Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, check-ins, and lodging issues Input reservation data accurately into proprietary systems to meet client needs Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone efficiently Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure high-quality service and timely completion of duties Support corporate clients in coordinating hotel accommodations for various travel needs Requirements for the Customer Support Specialist : High School Diploma or GED 6 months or more of call center experience preferred 1 year of customer service experience Problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills What's in it for you?
