# Residential Care Home Manager – Person-Centred Care

Role: Senior Home Manager responsible for overseeing residential care services for individuals with autism or learning disabilities. Responsibilities Include Leading a compassionate team to deliver high-quality care and foster community engagement. Managing budgets, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining care excellence. Supporting staff development through coaching and training to achieve outstanding outcomes.
