# General Manager – High-Volume Restaurant

General Manager – Royal House Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Royal House , a high-volume restaurant located in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, providing hands-on leadership while driving operational excellence, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. We're looking for a proven restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong teams, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and cost-control initiatives Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and execution Monitor restaurant performance and take action to improve operational and financial results Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, development, and recognition Ensure company policies, procedures, and operating standards are consistently executed Partner with Area Directors and support teams to achieve restaurant and company goals Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence throughout the restaurant What We're Looking For 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment preferred Proven experience leading and developing restaurant managers and hourly teams Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, sales, and P&L performance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong focus on hospitality, accountability, consistency, and team development Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operation Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Why Creole Cuisine?
