(MS Project, Excel). Required Skills • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Develop Use cases, project flow diagrams, & BRD. • Knowledge of SQL and one or more relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server. • Hands on experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Comprehensive and detailed Business analysis and requirement documentation skills require. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Sound analytically skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into Requirements and Functional Specifications. • Bachelors degree in business or technical area.
