# PBX - Telephone Operator

As a PBX Telephone Operator, you’ll help make every interaction welcoming and helpful. In this role, you’ll answer incoming hotel calls, respond to questions about the property, and manage a high volume of calls with a pleasant attitude and excellent phone manner. You’ll also support the team by delivering in-room dining orders and assisting the Front Desk as needed.
